Just to second linvale's answer - increasing the timeout will massively
improve matters when you run from Squeeze Server, but Logitech needs to
do something similar to mysqueezebox.com.

the root cause seems to be Napster's servers being overloaded, but if
you try Napster;s own embedded player, it takes about 7-10 seconds to
load and play a tune on an evening (and especially over a weekend). So
a 5 second timeout delay (the default in squeeze server) results in a
variety of errors nearly all the time.
