Just to second linvale's answer - increasing the timeout will massively improve matters when you run from Squeeze Server, but Logitech needs to do something similar to mysqueezebox.com.
the root cause seems to be Napster's servers being overloaded, but if you try Napster;s own embedded player, it takes about 7-10 seconds to load and play a tune on an evening (and especially over a weekend). So a 5 second timeout delay (the default in squeeze server) results in a variety of errors nearly all the time. If you're ot sure how to change the delay, the thread linvale highlighted shows you how. cheers Mark -- asdti ------------------------------------------------------------------------ asdti's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=38467 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=83548 _______________________________________________ squeezenetwork mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezenetwork
