Well said. It's a disgrace to be honest. I bought my squeezebox just
before Christmas 2009 and couldn't use it at all over the entire period
of that holiday due to problems at the squeezebox.com server. Finally
that was sorted out and the whole thing seemed to work ok. Now what do
we get ? The one time of year that the device is most wanted and one of
it's main selling points ( in fact the biggest selling point to me as
napster was the sole reason I bought a squeezebox) is completely
useless - and I mean totally useless. I have not been able to use it at
all over the holidays except to listen to Internet radio and believe me
I could have bought something a he'll of a lot cheaper if that was all
I wanted.

Logitech should be ashamed if how this has been handled and instead of
blaming napster they should be making a public statement on their
website letting is know when this problem will be resolved.
