Yes, I'm certain the Touch can play AAC+ natively. But why that particular stream will not play is a mystery. I thought I had read in here LONG ago that AAC+ on hardware players was limited to *less than xxxkbps*, but I may be confusing formats (like this is an OGG format limit).
