Hi, I am getting the same error. In my case the problem somehow relates to the fact that I first had the 3rd-party Spotify app installed. Then when the official Spotify app was launched - I installed that as well. Both were working fine. Then I uninstalled the 3rd-party Spotify app, restarted the server, and after that I got the same error as you. I have tried to re-install the Official plug-in. But no success. I have tried to re-install the Squeezebox server. But no sucess. But finally I re-installed the 3rd-party Spotify app again - and now it works. So, that is the work-around. But still puzzled why I need both Spotify apps installed to make it work. And it is a bit annoying because there are additional menu items such as "On Spotify >" duplicated. One thing I haven't done yet is to re-install the firmware on Duets and Radio themselves.
