Hello, I'm paying a subscription and I noticed the same issue today when I tried to use my squeezebox.
I live in Greece and had to change my location to UK in order to be allowed to install the last.fm app on the squeezebox. After that I changed my location back go Greece and it still worked. The combination of the following steps seems to have solved the problem for me: a. switched back to UK b. switched library to mysqueezebox.com c. installed the update I was offered after switching The critical step seems to be c (although a may have helped as well).
