I have similar problems but I haven't decided yet if I downgrade to 7.5.2 or wait for 7.5.4 while suffering 7.5.3 problems. According to Andy, 7.5.4 should be official within 2 or 3 weeks, and you should be able to ignore the firmware upgrade touch-holding the back button. Please tell us if this actually works.
