I have just installed the iPhone app. I have several players, and on one
of them I can't use the apps. If I click My Apps I get:

> This player is already registered to another user. If it was purchased
> from someone, ask them to delete the player from their account and try

Well, this was a second-hand player; but the transfer was done years
ago and the player shows up OK on *my* account on mysqueezebox.com.

Is there another sort of transfer that is necessary, ie I have to
contact support, or can I fix this myself?
