I have just installed the iPhone app. I have several players, and on one of them I can't use the apps. If I click My Apps I get:

Well, this was a second-hand player; but the transfer was done years ago and the player shows up OK on *my* account on mysqueezebox.com. Is there another sort of transfer that is necessary, ie I have to contact support, or can I fix this myself?
