Help is really appreciated.... Any experiences with Pandora on Squeezebox Touch/Radio outsite US ?
I think we are a lot of people that would like to enjoy the nice Pandora app outsite US on the Squeezebox !! I am using the unblock-us.com** service to connect to Pandora from outsite US (Denmark), but the Touch says that I'm still in Denmark ? 1. I have tried manuel to input DNS on the SB Touch using the "input manuel IP" option (that is visible when SB Touch fails to connect to a wireless network) - did not work for me ? 2. Then I tried this: My router is setup to use Unblock-Us (very easy setup; just input 2 DNS numbers and restart the router) and I can access Pandora now on other devices (PC, iPhone) that is connected to the router; but when I connect the Touch to the wireless network is says i am still in denmark ? Help is needed? ((In a info page like "about squeezebox" on the touch it says "WEST-EU", does this location message matter ?)) ((I managed to setup a DD-WRT router using the VPN service overplay.net and the SB Touch accesed Pandora fine ! - but hard to set the router up with DHCP issues....)) Hope you will try to help us all out or just post your experiences on this issue, thanks. **It is a service to bypass geoblocking. Free for one week - very easy setup and faster/better than VPN.
