Something is blocking your Boom from connecting to MySB.com, so MySB.com
is correctly reporting that your Boom is not currently "connected".

I'd start with going to SBS > Control Panel > Diagnostics, what is
reported for ALL pings, ports, IP's?
Anti virus or firewall or router (or something else) may be preventing
a connection to MySB.com.
Wouldn't hurt to reboot your router as well, just unplug it for 30
seconds, plug it back in.
