You can open the favorites.opml file (exact location depends on the OS)
in a text editor and manually copy them into the mysb.com favorites. Or
there's a really slick -- and pretty esoteric -- solution described in
this thread, starting at around post #3:

I posted my favorites.opml on the web, and pointed mysb.com favorites
to that. The favorites.opml is now my only favorite on mysb.com, with
the result that my SBS and mysb.com faves are sync'd so long as I
update the favorites.opml on the web when I make a change in the SBS
faves.
