Did you buy this SB3 used?  If so it is probably already registered to
another account.  On the SB3 go to Settings > Information > SB3 (and
also ttry MySB.com).  The email to whom that player is registered too
should be listed.  

Or, check your MySB.com account, it may have registered itself on your
account.  If so, delete it.

One way or another that SB3 must be deleted from the previous MySB.com
account.

Options:
-  contact the seller, have them delete the SB3 from their account
-  contact tech support with the SB3's MAC address
