Thanks Toby. I tried changing my country to 'USA' in the Account Preferences and rebooted but it stayed connected to the EU West Datacentre. Oh well, worth a try anyway. What if I entered the IP address of the US Datacentre and saved it as a new library? Does anyone know what the IP address is?
