The technical support from LogiTech has been ZERO!!!!!!. The solution to the problem is listed over on Rhapsody's website. There was a brief moment that I thought I should upgrade from the Classic but I had serious problems sending more money on a product that has such margin tech support. I rank Logitech right up (or down) with MicroSoft and Intuit.
