Hi Andy, this is not nice! They have redundant services at Amazon and frankly it is just not polite to point at anybody else. Please get your services right, make it redundant or triple save. It is worth it don't you think? You make a lot of money of it and invented the whole technical business scheme yourself. And don't you twitter? It would take some heat away.
