Really sad to see a Logitech engineer saying "Give us a break." when
their server is off line for approximately 4.5 hours. We've paid good
money for our SBRs and the least we can expect is continuity of
service. Is this a beta system? In just two months of use, I've already
encountered several functionality problems.
