I have had a search and cant find the answer to the above.
I would like to try getting the LMS to undertake the conversion of FLAC
to WAV format rather than relying on the Touch. I guess this must be
possible as I see in the LMS/settings/advanced tab then File Types there
are a number of options under the FLAC and WAV settings. Cant say I
understand what they do though. A previous post indicated that the first
match takes precedence but I still dont see WHAT selections to make -
perhaps I am being dense??
My current settings are:-
FLAC
AIFF flac
FLAC native
MP3 disabled
PCM flac
WAV
FLAC flac/sox
MP3 Disabled
PCM Native
Is there a writeup on these settings anywhere? And how do I change them
(or others) to force the LMS to do the conversion??
