I live in Denmark. After experiencing all day today difficulties connecting to mysqueezebox.com I called Logitech service in the USA 1-877-887-8889. They said that the mysqueezebox.com are presently down and their enginners are working on it. They could not tell when service will be restored. They were very nice and appologized many times.
