Well I've halfway solved this. In LMS, click the pencil icon to the right of "Favorites". Click the "X" to the right of "On mysqueezebox.com", and it's gone.
Problem is, if I stop and restart LMS it reappears. So I tried again, and "pasted" the "On mysqueezebox.com" into my BBC favorites folder. This time on restarting LMS it didn't reappear, but stayed within the BBC folder.
