Yes, very straightforward and simple.  LMS is on your local computer.
Your music files are on your local computer and have been scanned into
your LMS music library. Your computer running LMS and your RADIO are all
connected to your local network (internet access NOT needed). You can
play your own music just fine. You can test this now. Just unplug your
cable modem from your router (that is, your router is still working,
providing a local network, but there is no outside internet connection).
Of course this just works for local music. You still need internet for
internet radio streams.
