jtucker--what I did was go to my SB Touch menu, select my apps-->radio io-->account--> where it showed my account was "cancelled" or "inactive". Below that was 'open new account'-->here I entered my id and password. Account then showed active and as active "subscription" account. I then returned to SB menu to 'favorites' and deleted all radio io streams and then went back to radio io app and selected the streams to save to favorites.
