Hello, I just posted in the German section of this forum because my UE SmartRadio couldn't connect to the UE-servers... I already found out that the servers are down at the moment, but in fact the only reason I am using the UE Smartradio firmware in the first place was because I had some issues with SqueezeOS that I could not solve and the Logitech support wasn't much help either.
My Squeezebox kept connecting to an other useraccount every couple of days. All I could do about it was resetting the radio and type in all the information again. Logitec support answered to me (after 1 1/2 Weeks) that my Radio was not cleary connected to my account and that they changed that, so it should work now. It did... for a couple of days. I tried that 3 times... 3 times waiting about 1 1/2 weeks, 3 times connected to the wrong (btw. always the same) account after a couple of days. I am not running a squeezeboxserver on my own at the moment, I used to but I found it running on the raspberry pi was a bit unreliable and slow as well... it never managed to get my whole music librabry working afterall... however at the moment it is running owncloud anyways, so I wouldn't be able to use it. I'm probably not going to run one on my own anytime soon, so I would use MySqueezebox.com as my primary server. Is there anything I could do about this issue appart from asking Logitec support over and over again, hoping that they will find a soluten eventually?
