Not at all. As long as you don't try to register spoofed Squeezebox MACs, something VortexBox for example did until recently, there is absolutely no problem. I've done it with iPeng with thousands of devices without ever seeing any issues. But I make sure to usually really use unique MAC addresses. That's the key.
