I also had a lot of troubles with logging in to my MySqueezebox.com account. About two yeras I can't login and more then that -- I can't reset my password. There is link to reset the password on the site. I fill my email and can't wait the message in my mailbox. Also nothing appears in the spam folder. If I give wrong email in the form than there is absolutely different message, so I'm sure that I try to use the valid email (I have also used it to register the forum account here)
