Hello,

i recently tried to login into my account which i did not use for some
years. So i requested a new password. The message said it was send to my
email, but i did not receive it. I tried it several times and waited
some hours. Is the passwort reset broken or is my account closed cause
of inactivity?   I need to unregister Squeezebox V3 cause i sold it to
someone else, but he cannot use it cause it is still registered with my
account.  How can i solve the problem?
