Tidal streaming working with no workarounds necessary this morning.
MSB.com is now providing Tidal stream URLs pointing to a different host than before (sp-pr-fa vs sp-pr-cf) and with a single query parameter "token" (instead of Expires, Signature, Key-Pair-Id). These URLs are working from East US.
