The answer to that is "almost" but maybe this can be addressed?

I registerd for the free account, downloaded and got the windows app
running, then made sure I had the plugin installed, went to my mysb.com,
loaded tidal app, configured (it suggested the email I used, not the
same as mysb.com email, and did not ask for pw, It knew me)

I then went to LMS (material), apps->tidal, got the menu, chose a
welcome mix that ran on windows, directed toward my sb radio, the queue
filled up, and...

"requested quality is not allowed in the user's subscription" flashed on
the radio screen for each song. On material you could only see the
highlighting of the songs stepped through.

Material indicated that the songs were mp3 320kbps, and I know the free
plan is limited to 160kbps (ok for casual <and free!> listening.

Perhaps the app/plugin could be modified to allow requesting of the
lower bitrate content?

Jim
