Não sei o que é o "thundercache" e não sei o que significa "cache full". Pelo log, acredito que "loader.php" refira-se ao ao "thundercache". De qualquer forma, gostaria de sugerir as seguintes verificações: -a execução de "loader.php", na linha de comando, acontece sem problemas? -o "loader.php" tem as permissões de que necessita (salvo engano, ele será executado com user/group que executa o Squid)? -há alguma informação no cache.log?
