They differ quite a lot. Are you sure you are comparing the right

Yup.. Right. I was comparing the wrong versions.
I also noticed that both of them have "default port number 3128" so I
think they are not update.
No they don't. Only one did. Now removed however.
I have now also sorted Squid-3 cf.data.pre to match the sections used in
Squid-2.
