Just a thought, but to avoid spamming with "failed" reports when a
platform-independent test is forgotten to be updated / fails, would it
be possible to configure Hudson to use one build host as master (i.e. a
reasonably new Linux one), and defer trying the other if the master is
reported as failed?

It's not very helpful to get tons of identical failed/recovered
notifications on platform-independent errors.. one is quite sufficient.

Yes. We could:
 - set a build-other-projects value in the 'master' build for each
version of squid
 - have the other builds of the same tree on different platforms not
poll bzr

This would cause builds on other platforms to wait for the master to
suceed.

Lets action that. I'd do it right now, but don't quite see how the settings go.

CentOS needs to be the master, its the fastest build so far.
