Yes, if the needed requirements are found.

The only risk is that since Squid performs more stuff at fatal errors
which may fail if Squid is crashing due to a SIGSEGV. This takes plase
after everything else have already been shut down, but once have I seen
the glibc stack tracer getting stuck in an infinite loop on a corrupted
stack frame, causing Squid to hang instead of exiting. But it have also
solved quote many bugs by providing at least some data to work on.
