Your trunk r12359 removed pkg-config dependency (at least as far as eCAP
is concerned), citing Windows unavailability of pkg-config, despite
pkg-config documentation claiming Windows support. Have you found
pkg-config on Windows?
Yes. It's a nasty extra install though on Windows and needs manual
integration with everything.
I think I will mention it as a desirable but optional tool.
