Like i mentioned before i was facing this error and squid restart every few seconds, now i found what is causing this error for me it is :range_offset_limit none partial when i make range_offset_limit 0 then the error goes out, now i cant cache 206 contents , if i make 206 contents hit , then i will get assertion error ! so this is strange !!
