First; discover whether man-in-middle decryption is legal for your situation. This is VERY IMPORTANT. Second; get yourself a Squid with SSL capabilities enabled. This may or may not be provided by your OS distribution. Third; configure SSL-bump feature to decrypt facebook HTTPS traffic.
