[squid-users] Help... Connection Failed

Hi,
    I run squid 2.4 stable 6 on redhat 7.3  as proxy child
    when I browse the address   
http://shopping.hinet.net/ShowGoods.asp?portal_category_id=46&UserDefine=0
    it returns Connection Failed and shows the address as  
http://shopping.hinet.net/ShowGoods.asp? 
    but if I use another server installing squid 2.3 stable 4 on redhat 7.0, it's ok...
    Please help me...
