Two small errors here: a) You have not specified which server to query. b) Your base DN is not correct. Should be DC=mansfield13104,DC=lancsngfl,DC=ac,DC=uk I think, or maybe even shorter. The base DN specifies the root of your LDAP tree below which everything else is logically located, not a resource within the LDAP tree such as a domain controller, group, person or other "thing".
