>From your description it sound like you are bitten by Bug #267 Form POSTing troubles with NTLM authentication <url:http://www.squid-cache.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=267> If this is your problem then as a workaround you can try allowing POST requests without requiring authentication.
