[squid-users] machine specs

hi, 
i am new to squid. is it possible to server 90 users on squid cache 
server on a pentium 2 dual 450 mhz with 1GB ram ? or a pentium 4 1.6ghz 
with 512mb ram? which one will be better? the dual pentium2 server or the 
pentium 4 server?
