Hmm.. I have seen this once before. If I recall correcly this error is seen if your hostname is invalid, for example if the hostname contains underscore characters or other characters not allowed to be used in Internet host names. You can correct this by setting visible_hostname to a valid and correct host name (with domain) for your proxy service.
