This problem is best answered by the Samba people. To help you they will most likely need the unmodified debug output of Samba3 ntlm_auth plus the password (challenge packet, response packet and password). I did not see anything obviously incorrect with the NTLMSSP packets sent by your browser, but as the data is modified and the password used is not provided I can not verify the packet.
