Depending on your samba install, you will have a directory
winbindd_privileged, mine is under /var/cache/samba, that needs permissions
for squid as such:

drwxr-x---    2 root     squid        4.0k Dec  9 14:43 winbindd_privileged

And have you given Squid access to the privileged winbind pipe?
