Using Squid 2.5.STABLE4 with all listed patches. Squid is configured for NTLM authentication and also using wbinfo_group.pl as an external acl. Works fine with Samba 3.0.1. Something has apparently broke when using Samba 3.0.2 or 3.0.2a. Browser gets access denied error. The following appears in the cache.log file:
