[squid-users] cachemgr.cgi ,RH9 , webmin 1.140, squid-2.5.STABLE1-3.9

I am getting 
"Error - File not found" 
when trying to access  Cache Manager via webmin
or
"Object not found!"
via a local Apache daemon running on the same box.

Where does the squid/cache_object reside?
