Are you sure ? NTLM web sites cannot be proxied by design, so this seems to me very strange.

I have to confess That I use my old version 2.4 Squid.conf on my 2.5, perhaps I did'nt saw this new section in this case.
The NTLM block is at source code level, there is nothing about in squid.conf.
