I've included never_direct allow all, but when I start the
squid I receive the following error messages ( ACL name
'all' not found ) and Access line contains no ACL's,

 As I recall, this is some Windows timeout message on
(initiating ?)
connections.
Some long shot ; is it the intend that the upstream proxy
receives
all the http traffic ?
If so, don't forget to include :

  never_direct allow all

in squid.conf.
