www.squid-cache.org, bottom left corner of the page, there is a SEARCH field. That should help.
Where I work we also have firewalls. It is through those that we block all IM, YAHOO, ICQ, etc messaging ports and services. Being at work it was deemed not needed and a non-productive tool.
