Well, there is a firewall but no parent proxy. Anyway, this doesn't explain to me why everything was working before. My problem just occured after I've put these ACLs into external files. I cannot find any differences to the former state unless those external files.
To Squid there is no difference if an acl defined fully within squid.conf or by included file. The two have the exact same meaning, only the syntax in how you provide the acl data to Squid is different.
