What more do you need than what is already noted in squid.conf.default of squid-2.5.STABLE7?
Note: You need 2.5.STABLE7 as this acl was added in 2.5.STABLE7 and does not exists in earlier versions.
I've tried to recompile the source code but the squid.conf.dist not contains information about req_header and resp_header
There is no squid.conf.dist file in Squid, only a squid.conf.default which is also installed as squid.conf if not existing already.
