I try and the response is that all seems to work perfectly :-) srvxproxy root # /usr/lib/squid/ncsa_auth /etc/squid/squid_passwd www password OK
srvxproxy root # But the browser don't ask me for the username or password. The NCSA is not what i want because I need the Active Directory authentication, I try the NCSa because I think it is more simple to configure and may help me to understand the problem.... Any other idea? Thank a lot. At the bottom of the file is a section on debugging authentication with squid and ncsa auth. Maybe it will help: http://www.aerospacesoftware.com/squidguard-howto.html Cheers, Herman
