Please try to make a test case not requiring you to obfuscate the information. This kind of problems is a hell lot easier to diagnose if the problem can be reproduced.

It is worth noticing you are experiencing problems on a POST request. For POST requests Squid should open a new connection to the web server, eleminating any problems due to reuse of persistent connections.
