The correct command is iptables.
# iptables -A INPUT -p tcp -m tcp -dport 110 -j ACCEPT error come: bad argument '110'
Under iptables the -dport is used when you redirect one port to another, I'm preety sure the syntax is incorrect, if you need further help, the iptables list could help.
i am using Linux redhat 7.2
